  I have been going to this pharmacy for many years. The service has always been acceptable but nothing outstanding. Most recently I have had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. An item that is sold over the counter they refused to sell to me even though it was a part of my child's prescription in order to administer it, they refused to bill both of our insurance policies stating that it wasn't part of their billing system. So I paid 20x more of what I should have because I needed the medicine right away and they refused to bill my other insurance as they always have in the past. I contacted another pharmacy of the same large corporation- and they confirmed they will bill multiple insurances. Not only having to deal with all of this- but the lack of humanity and concern they had with myself and my child left me speechless. They honestly made me feel like I was interrupting their day and they had better things to do. I will never go back to this pharmacy. If I could rate it negative stars I would.
